Postage, packaging & delivery information
Postage prices are per order. Your order can be for as many items as you like.
Your postage costs will depend on the the postage service you select at checkout and on which country you are placing your order from.


UK postage = £2.50 (Royal Mail 1st Class)

EUROPE - International Åirmail = £5.00

REST OF WORLD - International Airmail = £6.00



Delivery time depends on which country your order will be shipped to. Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 2 – 3 working days for delivery within the UK. Airmail usually takes 3 – 7 working days to Europe, 5– 9 working days to the Rest of World. We do not ship to BFPO, APO & FPO addresses.
Dispatch time is 2- 4 working days. 
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your cleared payment and another email to inform you when your item has been dispatched. Postage costs include all handling and packaging charges.

All items are sent in discreet packaging without any logo, just with a return address: M F, 172E Kingston Road,  West Ewell.KT19 0SA, United Kingdom. We send all items in plain unmarked white padded envelopes, every working day Monday to Friday.

UK Purchases are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st class and Non UK purchases are normally sent by Airmail Small Packets. Some larger orders may be sent by other courier or by parcel delivery. More valuable packages will be automatically sent insured which will be included at our expense within the normal postage price you selected.


Cancellation & Returns
Return Policy
If you have changed your mind and no longer require your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Under the UK distance selling regulations which apply to this website, you can cancel your order within 14 days of item being received. If your item(s) have already been dispatched and you want to cancel for any reason, please return the item(s) in the original condition as sent to you in the first place. Please note that we do not exchange tights and stockings once the seal on the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.
If you simply change your mind and you no longer want the item, please return the item in its original condition. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after item purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item once received for some other item, you will need to return the item and let us know which item you would like exchange it for. 
If the wrong item has been dispatched in error or item is faulty, return postage costs will be refunded to your account upon receipt of the returned item.


To return an item please return it unworn, unused and in its original condition within 30 days of item purchase.
Please note that items such as stockings or tights are not exchangeable once opened due to hygiene reasons. Any problems, please contact Customer Service.

Customs Duties
Any purchases made on this website are governed by UK law, regardless of where the order was placed. Buyers from countries outside the EEC may be liable to pay import duties on items purchased in the UK depending on the item's destination. We have no control over any such duties levied. Import duties will vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to pay any such duties. If you are not sure how this affects you please contact your local customs office for further information before purchasing the item.
